Ati Robotics

Ati Robotics builds agentic material orchestration for factory floors: factory-hardened autonomous mobile robots plus the AI software layer that coordinates them.

Ati Flow, the orchestration engine, runs on four capabilities: physical control of robots and conveyor handoffs, real-time IoT and ERP sensing, AI-driven fleet orchestration that learns each shift, and continuous routing optimization. Fleet Manager and Sanjaya round out the software stack. The lineup spans seven AMR SKUs across five Sherpa families, with payloads ranging from 500 kg (1,100 lbs) to 4,600 kg (10,000 lbs). Navigation runs on 3D LiDAR and natural nav, so no magnetic tape, QR codes, or facility retrofits are needed, and ISO 3691-4 safety compliance runs across the range. Sherpa Mecha, a humanoid-inspired robot built for unstructured environments fixed-path AMRs can't reach, extends the line beyond wheeled platforms.

Deployed to 70+ factories, with more than 2 million missions completed at a 99% mission success rate and an average 4-week deployment, the fleet runs across automotive, medical and pharma, food and beverage, consumer goods and electronics, heavy equipment and agriculture and energy.

Ati Robotics is headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan, with an R&D centre in Bengaluru, India.
